自 2010 年成立以來，Ergos Coffee 致力搭建一座橋樑，連結世界級的咖啡生產者與賦予咖啡生命的烘豆師。我們從瓜地馬拉的一段關係開始；這個根基如今已成長為超過 100 家莊園與生產者的產地網絡，涵蓋各種品質等級、處理法與風味表現——從穩定優質的商業級豆款，到稀有的微批次與實驗性處理咖啡。
Since 2010, Ergos Coffee has been building a bridge between world-class coffee producers and the roasters who bring their coffee to life. We started with one relationship in Guatemala. That foundation has grown into an origin network of over 100 partner farms and producers, spanning every level of quality, processing method, and flavor profile — from consistent, high-value commercial lots to rare micro-lots and experimental processes.

We didn't build this network from a desk. We built it on the ground: an office, cupping laboratory, and quality-control operation established directly in Guatemala from the start, later expanded to include Ethiopia — giving roasters access to a broader, more distinctive range of exceptional coffee without losing the traceability that comes from being present at origin.

Most trading companies buy from wherever the offer sheet is best. We specialize. Our on-the-ground presence in Guatemala and Ethiopia — office, storage, and processing operations — means we know these coffees and the people who grow them, intimately.
可驗證，而非僅止於宣稱Verifiable, not just claimed
我們自主開發了追溯與品質管控系統，追蹤每一批次咖啡從莊園到烘豆廠的每個環節——杯測記錄、處理筆記、產地資訊。杯測由具 Q grader 證照的杯測師執行，每批次在出口前都會再次複檢。
We built our own traceability and quality-control system, tracking every lot from farm to roastery — cupping records, processing notes, and origin data at every step. Cupping is done by Q-grader certified evaluators, with every lot re-checked before export.

We work directly with partner farms throughout the year, sharing real-time market information and collaborating on new processing techniques — including hands-on wet mill work to develop flavor profiles suited to Asian palates.
