我們的瓜地馬拉辦公室執行著關鍵功能：建立關係與網絡、樣品的第一道篩選、從樣品到驗收的品質管控、倉儲處理、乾燥處理，以及出口。若沒有我們自行建立的系統，這樣精細的掌控將無法實現——這是我們事業中最重要的差異化優勢與資產之一：一套內部自主開發的平台，涵蓋追溯、品質管控、訂單管理，以及貨運與轉運追蹤，同時運行於瓜地馬拉與台灣。Our Guatemala office carries out the functions that make this possible: building relationships and networks, the first filter on offer samples, quality control from sample to reception, warehouse handling, dry mill, and export. None of this level of control would be possible without a system we built ourselves — one of the most important differentiators and assets in our business: an internally developed platform covering traceability, quality control, order management, and shipment transit tracking, used in both Guatemala and Taiwan.
