Dispatch policy

  • Your order will be dispatched within next business day after the payment has been received and confirmed by ERGOS. If there item is not immediately available we will communicate with the client and indicate an available date. For items that are sold out please see #7.
  • The minimum dispatch volume is 5kg.
  • If you need 3 pend. Invoice or any special requirement, please kindly note in the blank column in checkout page.
  • The invoice will be delivered with your order.
  • The tracking code of delivery will be provided through notification email after order dispatched, you can track the delivery status anytime.
  • Please kindly contact us if you haven’t received your items!
  • Since coffees are seasonal and to provide the freshest coffees possible, inventory items are subject to availability. In the case that an item is not available we would like to suggest a substitute product or at clients decision make a refund of the payment amount made by client in a period of no more than 7 working days. Ergos is not liable for any expenses incurred by client for the lack of available product.

 

Payment policy 

  • 1. Please fulfill the payment within 7 business days after the order is confirmed. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.
  • 2. Payments received and confirmed before 19:00 will be dispatched the next business day.
  • 3. Client should provide the 5-digits of payee account, amount of payment and date of transfer. To avoid delays in processing the order.

Refund and return policy

  •      1. We hope you will receive your order in good condition, but if the product does not arrive in good condition, client should notify Ergos with images supporting the claim in no more than 3 business days after receiving the order.
  •       2. For any coffee quality issue, the claim should be done in no more than 15 days after receiving the order, client should provide photo images as well as roasted samples (if applicable) and the remaining green beans as well as the original package back to Ergos to process the return claim.

(※The minimum return quantity is 4KG, If you have roasted more than 1KG of green beans, we won't accept for returning goods. According to the service contract and the limitation of the package cost, if the bag lost the vacuum during TW domestic shipping, it won’t affect the quality and we won’t accept it as the return excuse.  Please kindly be informed and place the order before you agree with this policy.)
